Countryside Green Team  
 
This group will serve as a fun, casual steering committee for school projects and programs that center around sustainability. All parents, educators, school staff, community members, and students are welcome to be part of these discussions and stay informed on volunteer opportunities!  
 
Current CS Green Team Initiatives:
  1. Lunchroom Composting and Waste Sorting  *Sign Up Genius*
  2. Native Plant Butterfly Garden Support *More Dates Coming Soon*
  3. Other? If you feel like leading other sustainability projects, we would love to support!   
Steering Committee Meeting @ Countryside Playground
  • Thursday, September 17th, 6:30-7:30pm |  Join us at the Countryside school playground steps for our first group meetup to learn more about the Green Team, meet one another, and to share ideas for the upcoming school year! Kids are welcome to come play on the playground or sit through discussions. Light refreshments will be provided. If the weather is bad we will move to zoom.
