Donate your annual family contributions by clicking the form below. Don't forget to update or register your family in Membership Toolkit - this is SO helpful for parents searching for contact information for playdates. And last but not least, we highly recommend downloading the app - that way the info is at your fingertips - and you can access other schools' MTK as well (i.e. if you have a student at another school). 

Upcoming Events         Countryside All School Party! Friday, Sept.18th, 5-6:30pm   Join us on Friday September 18th, from 5:00 to 6:30pm on the Countryside Playground! This is a PTO hosted event with light snacks (sandwiches, popsicles and DQ Dilly Bars), a DJ, and a chance to meet new Countryside families and see old friends. All family members are welcome!   We need volunteers to make sure this event runs smoothly, sign up now and take a shift!   Note: Due to the size of our wonderful school community, this is an outdoor only event; if there is inclement weather, the event will be cancelled and families notified via email and social media.   3912 Sunnyside Road Edina, MN 55424 Dine-out Night at Convention Grill Wednesday, Sept. 23rd!   Join us at Convention Grill on September 23rd for a Countryside PTO Dine-Out Fundraiser! Just mention Countryside when you order, and 15% of your purchase will be donated back to our school—enjoy a great meal while supporting our students!

Volunteer with the PTO - We Need Your Help! Throughout the year, we have planned an array of events that not only support your child's academic development, but also fosters a sense of community and togetherness.
