Join us for Countryside's largest fundraiser and Parent Night Out event of the year! This isn't just a single night event, but a series of celebrations to build community and fund the PTO budget for the entire year.
Your attendance and support are not only critical to its success, but also what make the BASH so fun. Come and celebrate all things Countryside while we build friendships, community and money to support our beloved school!
what is the bash?!
On November 6th, Countryside parents and staff will gather at Edina Country Club to enjoy a night of socializing, music, light food and drink and even a little bit of magic! Your ticket offers full access to the night's activities, including the Silent Auction, Live Auction and first dibs at the coveted Hip Happenings! This evening is all about community building and supporting our school!
Here's a tentative schedule for the evening:
7pm - 8pm: Hosted Beer + Wine, Traveling Magicians
8pm - 9pm: Dueling Piano Performance
9pm - 10pm: Principal + PTO Remarks, Live Auction
10:15pm: Silent Auction Closes
10:30pm: Event ends; pick-up your winnings before you leave!
GRADE GATHERINGS
These are grade-level parties hosted by families leading up to the big event. Each host(s) has carefully chosen a date and theme for the party to ensure a great night for all! This is a great chance to meet other parents and mingle before the BASH! There is no cost to attend, but parents are asked to make a donation to the basket fund if possible.

HOST A HIP HAPPENING
Hip Happenings are small parties or events hosted by an individual family or a group of families, held either at a private home or an external venue (e.g. art studio, park, etc).The event can be geared toward kids, adults, or both—the number of attendees is entirely up to the hosts. At BASH, guests will have the opportunity to purchase these Hip Happenings, with all proceeds benefiting the Countryside
PTO. These parties a great way to connect with other families!

BECOME A SPONSOR
Sponsors are essential to the financial success of the BASH as their support helps covers overhead costs of hosting the event (venue, entertainment, digital platforms, etc) as well as covers the cost of Countryside staff to attend the event. Sponsorships start at $150. If you have or know of a business that would like to partner with Countryside PTO this year, please have them visit the event website or reach out to pto.countryside@gmail.com.
